Our refund policyWe consider that by offering a trial version you have had sufficient opportunity to ensure that the product meets your needs - other than in exceptional circumstances, therefore, we do not offer refunds on software purchases. Where a physical package was purchased and a refund agreed by Wild Rabbit Software Ltd the item must be returned in original resalable condition at the customer’s expense. Please note that due to the nature of the subscription, we cannot offer partial refunds for 'part-used' subscriptions. If you are a consumer you have the right, in addition to your other rights, to cancel the Contract and receive a refund by informing us in writing or by email within 7 working days of receipt of the Goods. Goods must be returned at your cost and should be adequately insured during the return journey. You will receive a refund of all monies paid for the Goods (including delivery charges) except for return postal charges within 30 days of cancellation. Goods to be returned must clearly show the order number obtained from the Seller on the package. Where a discretionary refund is given, we reserve the right to charge an administration fee of £20 as contribution to our costs involved in processing the refund. Where returned Goods are found to be damaged due to the Buyer’s fault the Buyer will be liable for the cost of remedying such damage. |
